You were actually talking slowly enough that your words weren’t slurring. Maybe your best post ever.

    Did she just quote He-Man?

Acting so bad it was…increadable. Just amazingly bad. So bad that one must sit in awe.

  • PETEZACARIAS:

    cheesy affects that time forgets

The beauty of the Boarding House is how out there it is. the overall feel was cheesy but it was that cheapness and the rawness that kept people watching. We all have seen million dollar budget films that we never finish or totally avoid it, this movie on the other hand have me watching the whole 90 some odd minutes on the brink emotion, I can honestly and openly say I laughed and cried more watching this film compared to anything else that came out in 2008.

Boardinghouse is pretty epic. Yogurt-to-the-face always gets the rewind.

Boarding House while not being a good movie has a special charm to it as do most shot on video flicks….but after all at least it is not as bad a Gore-Met Zombie Chef from Hell.

Boarding House was actually at my neighborhood Hollywood Video in high school. I think we rented it 20x through college. It is absolutely the most spectacularly bad film I have ever seen in my life. It is wonderful.

lol..your rant was more entertaining then the scene..i really thought they were doing a play at first but then that would be and insult to community theatre actors.. i think i will avoid this one thanks

You gotta do the Long island Cannibal Massacre!

  • rwgomez:

I also knew of this flick from the trailer before Dr. Butcher MD (and the trailer is great-probably better than the actual film). I never saw the film though. If only the video store by my house carried it in Beta.

  • Bloodsport1:

Hey man I still have the VHS Paragon tape. This movie is so bad that its good. I first knew of it when I rented the Dr. Butcher tape. I seen the trailor for Boarding House. I was 12 years old at the time.
